Picking inside ears and nose, scabs, cuticles etc.

I’m new here. I’m grateful that I’ve found you and realize I’m not the only one.  For 5+ years, on a daily basis I gave myself a scab from picking then proceeded in front of a mirror, to remove scab every day, usually with tweezers.  My nose would bleed profusely. There was some kind of weird euphoria pulling out the scab every day. 
FINALLY overcame that but have now, for the last 6 months, begun to pick the skin inside my ears.  I thought I had overcome that habit by putting Vaseline inside my ears.  The picking is much less satisfying if you have softened up the skin with Vaseline.  For a minute my ears were healed but in another minute I began again.  I hadn’t seen any blood until today. Usually I pick off the scabs and my ears weep with whatever fluid is in there (clear “liquid “) but today I’m actually bleeding. The Vaseline definitely does help but I have to reapply constantly.
