Effective Pediatric Medication?

I stumbled on this site today desperately seeking help for my 9 year old son who is a compulsive skin picker. He is under the care of a psychiatrist and a counselor and is currently taking Prozac and Abilify, and it isn't touching it. I'm wondering if anyone has had success with any other medications or treatments. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
