anything that is a bump, i will pick at. i think we all share this commonality.

i need help and i think we should all help each other. this is a place to share encouragement and similar stories. i feel that picking in part results from any percieved "bump" or imperfection, or raised skin, or anything abnornal, anywhere on the body. we all have more in common than we think. im glad i found this. we all dont have to be alone no matter where we decide/choose/fixate to pick.
