my solution

everytime i feel like picking i'm going to come to this website, just to remind myself of what i am really doing. listen people, if you are able to do that, i don't see how you can't be successfull. everytime i get the urge, i will come to this website, no matter how much time i have to spend on here... at least i won't be picking. i can't believe i could ever destroy my skin the way i have =/ if i'm succesful i'm hoping that when school is out this summer, laser resurfacing might be an option. i really hope so. good luck everybody. i know it hurts.
