Like I said in my post, it is a do it yourself cognitive behavioral therapy program. I personally found it useful. It basically is going to tell you the same thing a therapist is going to tell you. It talks about self monitoring, awareness training, and competing response techniques.
I understand it won't work for everyone, and some people need that extra support from a trained therapist-- but I figured I'd at least share the resource.
