Introduction

Hi everyone I am New to this forum and actually glad that I found it. I always knew I had a problem but never knew that so many others shared the same issue. I have been picking for as long as I can remember. Once I started having acne, my face has been my main target, but my whole body is covered by the scars of many years of scab pulling, pimple popping and digging for blackheads. This problem has seriously messed up my social life. Finding this site has been a relief for me. Just knowing that Im not alone and that it is a real problem. In my 30 years of dealing with this I have never heard of it being talked about in the black community. I am not alone and finally have a place to go for support.
