newbie :)

Hiya:) having just discovered the official name for my skin picking i searched the net and came across this forum. After a 15 yrs of dealing with this and feeling like an absolute wreck, it is such a relief to find people that are going through the same thing as me :) For the past 2 weeks i have hardly picked at all, i think the sunny weather we have had, and wanting to wear strappy tops because of it, has helped my mindset alot (my picking is usually focused on shoulders, neck and back). I hope joining this forum will help me from relapsing as i have felt the need returning since yestetday and i have been doing so well... Anyway, thats all! :)
