So, now that I know this beast I'm battling has a name....

I've been doing this for years - picking at pimples until they are scab, picking at the scabs, eating the scabs. And I sometimes compulsively itch all over. And the only reason I am not picking right now is because I have a white shirt on. I have never really talked to anyone about this before.
