NEED HELP!!!

My lips got chapped over the winter and I resulted to picking at them which caused my skin above my lip to get red and irritated and chapped as well I have tried e erything to heal them but can't. Please if u know how I can get them healed let me know and what my lips and skin above them will do as they heal
