I never even knew this was a 'thing'!

It's ridiculous. I've been trying to quit picking my face for years, but with no success. Then, today, I found out it was an actual syndrome, and lo and behold, I'm having so much more success stopping myself from picking!!! Who knew that just being able to put a name to it, and knowing that other people struggle with this too, would be such a help to me? Anyway, this is my commitment to actually fully quit. I went and got acrylic nails (which I HATE already, because I can barely type and typing is my LIFE, but whatever) and Ima do this!!! Love to all you folks I never knew existed!! author-person
