Hello- Cannot believe I am not alone

I have been a skin picker for as long as I can remember. I believe it started when I was 13ish when I had very bad acne. Sometimes I pick my scalp, but mainly now it is my arms and shoulders and chin. I never knew others (so many others) suffer from this. Looking forward to advice and support.
