30 day challenge and a blog of sorts

I've tried this out before, but after a couple days I'd stop posting updates, and my whole plan would fall apart. I'm making the commitment now: 30 days minimum of daily check-ins on progress. Whether or not this actually helps my problem, we'll see. But I have a strong feeling that writing about it every day will help me become more conscious of my actions. First day isn't quite over yet - I'll have to write a little later on - but so far in the day, I've picked at my face, legs, and back. Pretty bad. I suppose I can only improve from here :)

Day 1 : picked a lot today, but it was mostly the absent-minded sort. Sitting on the couch and scratching at my back and legs.

Day 2 : only picked at my face, and it wasn't much!

Day 3 : got back to college today - an empty form to be exact. That wasn't the best setting for my picking. I picked a bunch at my face, and some at my arms.
