You name it, I pick it and I eat it. I've made job decisions so I can have enough privacy to pick and eat. At 47, I worry often, now, about what I will do when I end up in assisted living or nursing home or in the hospital. I know the tricks to notice the moment the desire starts up, feel my deepest feelings and let the urge pass, but I don't often keep that kind of consciousness going very long. At least being in public in a forum is a big step for me now.
