dots on my skin???

on the skin i pick i have noticed that there are little black dots on the skin. I have no idea what they are? dose anyone have the same thing?

They could be black heads, scabs or scars. Leave them alone please do not pick them. It will get worse. It will heal naturally in a few months if left alone, if it is picked it may never go away. Cut your nails of and wear gloves on your hands all the time. Wear a rubber band on your wrist and whenever you feel like picking your skin snap it on your wrist.
