New to site, but long time skin picker (I WANT to BREAK FREEEEEEEEEE)

Hello to All, I need help, I pick every single day. On avg I pick about 30min. At my worst all day. I am getting older and am realizing just how big on an impact this has on my life. From clothing choice to relationships, I am tired of hiding and covering up. The summer is the worst and sex is the most uncomfortable right now.
