Lost love due to Picking

Being deeply ashamed of my picking of scalp and any scab I could find, I would flat out deny that I eat my own skin when my wife accused me of doing so. But after I came clean about it and told her the truth, she is utterly disgusted by me. She wont kiss me or even touch me due to this. I guess it is this radical action from her that has finally pushed me into seeking help. I really thought that I was alone in doing this and was astounded to see how many people pick.
