please help me stop picking at my breast and arms

Hi I'm bout to be 23 and I been picking at myself for5yrs an. Idk what it is I don't go into a trans but when I'm bored is when I hate making excuses on why I can't be seen naked please help, I sometimes enjoy the pain or other times I enjoy watching the blood I do it the most but sometimes I would wake up doing it. I pick at my breast and arms some times face . Is there other women as myself or maybe you have stop please get in contact w me.
