new coping skill!

Dunno if this has already been discussed, but I just discovered that picking bits of fluff off of pilled, old sweaters helps me a lot. Anyone else have any luck with this? Or have any other ideas?

Bubble wrap paper. And a stress ball. Just anything to squeeze but your face. I used to have a white sheet of paper next to me and a pen, and whenever I got the urge I would just start writing with the pen on the paper hard and fast. I don't even know it that works but it made me feel like it did.
