got my haircut yesterday for 1st time in years

I took a bold step yesterday and got my hair cut in a beauty parlor. I usually let my daughter cut my hair because I don't want anybody to say anything about the scabs on my scalp. Since I've been on this forum, I have noticed a huge decrease in my picking. I really thinking talking about it is very liberating.
