cuticle picking

I too have an obsession with cuticle picking til my nails bleed. I am on Zoloft which does help but if you can afford acrylic nails, go for it. That was the only time my nails and hands looked great. Its impossible (almost) to pick with them on and you get used to not being able to. However, I no longer can afford them and am right back to picking.
