It gets a little easier every day

Hi everyone Today is day 5 for me without picking. I still start to stare at my arms but I have been able to redirect myself latley. I am really trying to keep my arms and shoulders looking nice so i can wear my wedding dress without being embarassed. It is hard right now. I am a bit stressed and sometimes that pop is such a release. Today was a good day so far. I have not gone in the bathroom yet to brush my teeth or take out my contacts. I still have my shirt on. I have been really consistent on keeping my arms covered as much as possible when I go into the bathroom. I have to leave the door open. I have to wake up my fiance to let him know I am going in the bathroom. It gets a little easier every day.
