Psoriasis

I came to this forum several years ago because of my picking. Since then I have gone through periods when my picking was less but never have been able to kick it. I have also since been diagnosed with psoriasis and now have sores all over my body due to a series of recent flare ups. So now in addition to the one spot on my forehead that I've been picking at for over 10 years (!?!?!?!) I have sores all over my body that hurt itch and just beg to be picked. I'm trying to get treatment but I'm so sad and depressed. Is there anyone else that has had this happen to them? Now I feel like there is no hope for me to ever have clear skin and I'm trying to figure out how to deal with this without totally losing it!!
