I will not stress about yesterday or tomorrow

I just officially signed up for the online counseling available through this site. I have just had enough of this horrible disease! I do not want to suffer anymore. I have to go get in the shower but I made sure to come to this forum to read and write first, since before getting in the shower is a time and place I usually pick. I did pick last night but I am trying not to let that get me down. Today is a new day and I am not going to pick - just for today. I will not stress about yesterday or tomorrow.
