Blood loss from picking?

I frequently pick at my scalp, and occasionally my face, shoulders, and anywhere else I develop a scab. I was wondering about the effects of the blood loss, and whether you can lose enough for it to be dangerous at all. I mean, I'm not losing anywhere near the amount of blood lost during even one light day on my period (sorry to any guys reading this), but I'm still worried that I might cause serious problems for myself. Any info?
