can i stop??

I have been living with this problem for as long as I can remember and I have just today learned that it has a name! I want to know if there are any recovered pickers out there? How do I stop? I pick everything on my body including my nose and I can't stop. i can spend hours doing it! I get so obsessed with picking that I make huge sores and infections! Then I will pick at the infection! I feel so gross and weird! Today when I was driving home I became so obsessed with something on my face that I wanted to pick that I had to pull over and start picking because I couldn't wait until I got home. I ended up spending an hour on the side of the road picking!
