I finally feel less alone
I started this program at a point in my skin picking journey where I was in a complete stump, and thought there was no way around it. The techniques and support provided brought me out of that and taught me things that I will take going forward. I really valued the weekly support group sessions. The support of others was extremely refreshing and made me feel less alone. The program itself was well-tailored to me and I was able to complete it at a pace that I liked. I enjoyed learning more about skin picking and understanding more about it in myself. My overall picking has decreased and I am left with great techniques to help me.

Excellent in helping me support my child with skin picking
Vedrana is an excellent guide. Always showing the path with good questions that softly allowed to understand and helped me to be able to support my 10 year old with skin picking disorder on her way to feel better and feel in a better way, without using her skin as a tool. -April 2024
Being able to share my struggles in real time made all the difference
This is a great product. I found that the frequency of use is very beneficial, since it allows my therapist to hear about my struggles in real time. It is easier to communicate your struggles as you go through them. I found it a bit intimidating at first to talk with a stranger online about my problems, but I quickly warmed up and grew very comfortable with my therapist. -August 2024
Specialized support that’s surely changing lives
Good tools and great prompts - I wish I could be more focused on this at the moment but I am walking away with more resources to use as I face my continuing challenge. I love that this program is entirely focused on such a specialised issue. I'm sure it is changing lives. -March 2023

I felt my therapist really understood me and helped bring clarity to many areas in my life, ultimately correlating many of these circumstances to my skin picking disorder so that I can be more aware and work on those areas for a holistic healing approach. Thank you for everything!

My actual behavior is significantly curtailed. I trusted and worked well with therapist and program. I appreciated the different therapeutic approaches and skillfulness of the program. Hard work but worth it!
May 2023
The program is structured well, and I learned a lot over this past year. I had a lot of rocks to turn over and the program, coupled with Ivana’s support, helped me address all the things that were hiding there! I really appreciate the email/messaging [format], as sometimes you’re just not up for communicating in person. Thank you so much and all the best!
August 2022
I have found this program extremely beneficial for my skin picking issues. The program explores the situation- and takes some of the stigma and shame from this situation. We examined triggers for this and emotions that lead to this behavior and alternate ways to view it and learn to avoid those behaviors. My face and blemishes have become so clear and most of the time I can leave the house without any makeup. I am still having some issues controlling the urges to pick and damage the roughness on the back of my arms and am still trying different techniques to help control that.
I would completely recommend the program to anyone who is looking for help with this issues. It has been so helpful for me and I appreciate the lessons and my therapist
