I want to kick this habit!

Day 1 - there are a lot of things that I like about myself but this habit of mine gets me down so much that I forget I have some good qualities. I spent about an hour in front of the mirror tonight. That's never a good thing for me. I'm regretting it majorly right now.

Day 21 - relapse :( 5 out of 10. Not in front of the mirror - just lying in bed. Such a shame. Tomorrow is a new day.

tomorrow is a new day ! but, when you have a relapse, even the next minute is a new minute. the second you can pick yourself back up is the second in which you should realize that youve won this round, and you will win the whole war eventually. it may take time, but we are going to get through this (:

Day 23 - 10/10 stayed happy and positive today. Tried to channel my thoughts, time and energy into other people. I think this helped to take the focus away from me and my skin.

Day 24 - 3/10 bad bad bad. Embarrassed and ashamed. I can't let this beat me.

Don't let it beat u. U have had a minor set back and whilst I know it feels like the end of the world when it happens things can and will get better. Stay positive and be proud of how well u did before and know that u can do it again. Don't despair, we've all been there and we know it's tough but u can beat this and we are all here to support u.
