help?? accidently rubbed of scab this morning that was hardening over last night and now I have a crater like scab

I tried popping a pimple about 6 days ago that wasn't ready, and broke open my skin...and now it looks aweful! I want it to heal or scab over again as soon as possible. I'm embarrassed to go anywhere! Is it better to put something on it (I have triple antibiotic ointment and bacitracin ointment) or just not put anything on it? I just want this thing off my face!!

Try Curad silver solution let it dry and then apply Adult Acnomel. Adult Acnomel is tinted so it covers the red. Just a dab its a medium to light skin tone color. It blends well. These can be purchased at Rite Aid. If the place is itching use Neosporin Anti itch cream. Hope this helps

I don't think any kind of antibiotic ointment should be applied to skin on the face.
