hay ! I'm new to the forum :) a 23 year old Israeli girl, skin picking since 14.. I have just decide to sing in after a sleepless night in which I scratched 4 hours straight in front of the mirror reaching my legs , face , hands , chest & neck ... long night ... The ways I have tried so far to help me stop , were not helpful .. I hope to get some more ideas here. hoping for better days :]]] and good luck to all of us !
