Scalp Picking - Smelling Blood

Hey People, I tend to pick my scalp to pop pimples/bumps on my head. There's less pain on the head than the face which makes it easier to go through. I also smell the blood from under my finger nails. Does any do this too?

yep. i think it's a natural primal action. hope you're up for eradicating the behaviour.

I know this is going to sound outrageous. I have a mole on my head. I have been picking at the mole for years. I used to just think that I didn't like that it felt different from the rest of my scalp, however it has come to my attention that I have quite a large bald spot surrounding it. I can feel the hairs growing through and around the mole, and they must come out. I'm writing this in hopes that someone out there knows that feeling and how you feel when you find that "one" hair that has been bugging you and you pull it out. Any advice?

i was always told "don't mess with moles" and i haven't. mind you i've picked just about everything else, but not moles. do you have anyone to ask to trim it for you?
