I have loved this program. The results have been amazing. The best part is not just using distractions or medication to stop the problem, but really understanding the reason behind it. I've been picking for over 30 years, and I haven't ever had success in substantially changing my picking behavior before this program. I've been to therapy and done online programs before without much result. I think the weekly writing exercises, coupled with therapist feedback were really helpful for me. The combination of values-based thinking exercises, mindfulness, and CBT strategies added up to a real change over the two month period. I pick so much less today and I don't feel any longer like I don't have control over my behavior. Thank you so much for your help--it's made a huge difference for me.
